Messrs Highway Digital has unveiled a gadget designed to help reduce road accidents in the country.

The Country Sales Manager, Highway Digital, Mr. Sultan Mohammed, said at the Made-in-Nigeria Summit that the new device would go a long way in eradicating accidents caused by motorists on major highways in the country.

He said, “We are determined to save Nigerians from incessant road accidents occasioned by reckless driving by reducing such incidents to the barest minimum.

“The gadget is designed as a safe driving vehicle speed limiter operating system that ensures a vehicle does not exceed regulatory limits without compromising the vehicle’s performance. It will not only reduce accident rates, but will save lives as well as safeguard properties.”

The company’s Executive Director, Mr. Fahmy Omar, said the firm had a variety of products in the country designed for commercial and private uses in order to enhance vehicle safety and security on the roads.
